Shipping policy
Order processing (print-on-demand)
All items are made to order (print-on-demand). After you place an order, it usually takes 2–7 business days to produce and pack your items before they ship. Processing times can be longer during busy periods.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery time starts after your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier, and are shown at checkout where available.
Please note: delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by peak seasons, weather, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link (where tracking is available). Tracking updates can sometimes take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Multiple parcels
If you order multiple items, your order may arrive in separate parcels (e.g., if items are fulfilled from different locations). If that happens, you may receive multiple tracking emails.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may need to pay for reshipping.
If you notice an address issue after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at crypticfoundry@outlook.com. We can’t guarantee changes once production has started.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
For deliveries outside the EU (including the UK), customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We don’t refund orders that are delayed, returned, or refused due to unpaid customs fees.
Delays, lost parcels, or “delivered” but not received
If your parcel is delayed, please first check the tracking link. If you need help, email crypticfoundry@outlook.com with your order number.

Marked as delivered but not received: contact us within 30 days so we can investigate with the carrier. Outcomes may depend on the carrier’s tracking and investigation.

Suspected lost in transit: contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and, where applicable, file a claim with our fulfilment partner.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with photos and your order number. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
