Refund policy
Because our products are printed on demand, we don’t keep stock and we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or colour preference.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
1) Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is misprinted, damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at crypticfoundry@outlook.com with:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos (item + issue close-up; and photos of the packaging if it arrived damaged)
To make sure we can file a claim with our fulfilment partner (Printful), please contact us within 30 days of delivery. If tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or the parcel is suspected lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and, where applicable, file a claim with our fulfilment partner. If tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received it, contact us within 30 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
If approved, we’ll offer one of the following (depending on the situation):
- a free replacement (reprint and reship)
- a refund to your original payment method.
- store credit or a gift card (where available), at our discretion
Store credit and gift cards are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
2) No returns for change of mind / sizing
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- wrong size / fit
- change of mind
- colour preference
- ordering the wrong item
Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering.
3) Returns without authorisation
Please don’t send items back unless we explicitly ask you to. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
4) Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Banks/payment providers may take additional time to process the refund after we submit it.
5) Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights in relation to faulty goods.
